I spent last summer working at a summer camp, and it was fucking awesome to be out in the heat playing games all day, getting meals made for me and just being away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I could genuinely see myself living that way for the rest of my life.
As a result, I've been looking heavily into intentional communities, and I absolutely love the idea of it, but there's very few that are actually established and successful for longer periods of time.

Which brings me to this question, does anyone here have any experience working with or living in a proper commune, whether you were a member or just wwoofing?
