It's simple, really. Dial back the gift shops, bathrooms, food trucks, wi-fi, electrical outlets, wheelchair ramps, and paved roads, then ban private vehicles larger than dirt bikes entirely within the boundaries of the park. Americans have the right to visit their parks, but not to be heavily catered to with tourist infrastructure and grand boulevards for the three-ton ego wagons hauling their lard all over the place while within those parks.
