i am not posting this in fit cause those people are drooling weight lifters, and this threads fits because i run outside not in home lmao
so i went on my first ever 6km run. for a long time i used to run like a retard sprinting 500m then collapsing and walking my way home. im so fucking retarded that i quit running for years because of this. now i realised i have to run SLOW not fucking sprint. and i’ve continuously ran for 5 km no stop and got my face fucking red. anyway, are those shoes good enough for running? im 3rd world street shittter from easter europe. also after the run i got some red shit and pain on the ball? of my foot. i really dont know sole anatomy ifrom the oics online i can say that it’s under tha foot thumb so im not sure if its sole ball or whatever. is this alright for first timer? is jt because of the shoes? what can i do to heal. i run on the road, even though im in a village, because if i dare to step out into the field i will get eaten by pack of mutt stray dogs
