That his real motivator is that he wants to be naked in public but is afraid of being arrested. If that guy wanted to be naked outside and feel free and tan his booty cheeks he would do it easily. he'd get in his little car, drive way out into nowhere and camp a weekend nude. he'd scratch the itch and no one will ever even know. But he doesn't. he pretends to be afraid that smokey the bear will pop out from behind a tree and give him a ticket on behalf of the squirls. he pretends that he's like, somehow a reasonable person trapped by society. he's just trying to take his work calls and send emails in the nude, but dang the man is keeping him down.
