What are some of the easiest, resistant crops that I can grow. I've got a bit of land about 60 miles away from the city I live, it's nothing big really, less than 0.3 acres, but big enough for city folk like me to start an agricultural experiment, I think.
I'd like to plant some very resistant crop and just leave it be for a couple of months, then collect and sell it to some seller at a fresh produce market or something like that.
the only problem that I have is that I have gypsy neighbours and a shitty distant relative that lives there and has access to the property, so the plants might be collected before I've a chance to see them through, or maybe their goats and chickens might feed on them first.
So it needs to be:
1. low maintenance
2. kind of invisible
3. must grow in a relatively hot and dry conditions
