SOLAR PANELS a must, get decent batteries, try to get panel controller with DUMP panel hookup(light bulb), wire that to extra electric water heater anode(free hot water in hot water tank),(extra oven heating element, keeps oven preheated), maybe light bulb(hard to get ones that won't fry/burn out, but useful to KNOW if something is wrong with your batteries) always nice to have power without spending money on gas/oil and pissing neighbors off/attracting meth heads
get computer that has a 12volt charger option out of the door for sale, buy a couple and have 12v regulator to prevent it getting burnt, batteries now last longer, you got game
if you can and have space for it, INCINERATOR TOILET, if you have money for it ELECTRIC, otherwise propane with small solar and battery for the needed 12volt to operate it(incinerate your shit/piss, no hunting to dump black tank, longer trips without spending hundreds to dump shit/piss, use ashes to salt pads and steps, safe, no health code violations
always have cheap ass charcoal filters between input water and water system, have uv/ionizing tank(makes your water taste chlorine without chlorine, safe, no legionaires)
just remember that everyones grandpa/ma and rich trust fund kids are RV'ing and either waiting to get land in Florida or a new condo in a city aka parking in campgrounds is hard to get/costly, cheap in places when "off season" most just shut down
