How does one get into caving in a place where caving isn't a thing. I have zero experience mountain climbing or anything similar but I have tons of experience getting into shit too deep and not backing out. I tried finding caving groups but found nothing aside from tourist hikes and whatnot; tons of caves though. In research i even found that most are very big but any maps are kept private by whatever group or institution got there first.
