How do you fix damaged 2L coating
I've went through most glue and sealing agent from the hardware store and nothing really works
Is there some kind of spray/paint on PVC out there that works well as substitute?
I don't care about breathability I just want waterproofness restored

gorilla tape or any kind of waterproof gear repair tape. it's not aesthetically pleasing, but does the job.

That kinda worked when the jacket has inner lining layer since it have something to hold on to but not so much in this case. It just doesn't want to adhere at all and peels off quickly.

There is no repairing a delaminated fabric, it will need to be cut out and replaced.
Contact pic rel.
If it’s not worth repairing, there are people who could up-cycle it into a hat or small bag for you instead of throwing it in the trash.
Or just donate it to them instead of the landfill if you don’t wanna pay to have them make something of it.
