Aggressive after long hikes?

Maybe I’m crazy but I feel like the evening and especially the next day after a longer/slightly more challenging hike I feel extremely aggressive.

Has anyone else experienced this?

The opposite is true for me. I always feel relaxed and content afterwards, just as long as I get to spend the night in my house or a comfortable hotel room. I only get irritable when I sleep outdoors on multi-day hikes.

The next day I could see. Though I try to come down gently the next day with a mile or two walk in the local park. Not nearly as fulfilling but at least gets some energy out. Does it effect your driving on dirt/gravel forest roads?
