very nice. what lens did you use on the eos? what program do you use for this. Thanks again for making this. really a great gem. you should send this in to little film festivals, and yuppie $hit like that. pay a couple hundred to advertise on google or whatever to promote this, and people will lap it up. you gotta keep coming up with steady content too. i will do some cool shit like this soon. very motivating.

You know what you should do too is break this up into 3 ~15 min sections, or episodes so it makes it look you have more content and is more easily digestible and promotable on the gay youtube algorithm. I miss cali, and the west so much, and wish i was still there.

I like the concept but the commentary is hackneyed and too much screentime is given to those two faggots. Honestly would've been better as a silent film. I also don't understand why they made such a big deal out of the trekking when they'd scouted out the route beforehand and cached supplies along the way.

Not sure what the lens is and I know my buddy used some sort of jailbreak on the camera so it was able to record as close to raw as was possible. It used a ton of memory for that, though so he couldn't do it all the time. I asked him and I'll post the details when I hear back from him.
Thanks for the gem appointment. I think I might actually fork over the dough for google to shill. I've been posting to various subreddits in an attempt to do that for free. But honestly the comments over there make me not want them to even be fans. (pic rel)

He didn't say what lens, but it was a EOS M using magic lantern install (the jailbreak) that produces a .mlv file. Then use MLV APP to convert and all the editing in Davinci. The MLV hack allows for a raw image at 12 bit color on a cheap camera.
