Free tents, camping chairs, bicycles, everything you can think of to camp in the street.
Get to hang out begging for money for booze and drugs while waiting for monthly check from government, which you will then use for more booze and drugs...
...until you use up that money, and get to go begging for more money booze n drugs...
..while waiting for gibs from government, which you use on booze n drugs....
...until you have to go begging until next gibs check comes in...
