Texas has normal niggerlevels in its cities, but outside of Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and Houston the levels are very low.

As far as cartel spics, you watch too much TV. I spent tons of time in the Marfa/Alpine/Terlingua/Presidio area last year and no one had any issues with them. Spics in general yes, gobs of them, but violent drug spics? Not really.
