Besides you're not eating, drinking or inhaling with a jacket, and you're wearing other clothes under it so it's not in direct contact with your skin. Honestly I don't really believe your health is at risk by wearing chinkshit. And lead is not that bad, I know people who have shot millions of rounds during their whole life and it did jack shit to them. I'd be more worried about the overall build quality and the durability, but for the price it can be used as a "no shits given" jacket for gardening and other outdoor activities.
