I plan to build a permanent shelter in the city ravine next to a highway&camping trail and live there (very legal) until I can escape from Canada. I have a budget of $1000 and 1 other grown man to help, concrete, hand tools and wooden planks are available for use. Someone previously built in the same place around 2008 and left a tarp, garbage and rotting wood. THE GOAL : Build a hidden shelter (WHAT KIND?) behind the tarp facing the trail with garden, maybe solar panels, and other self sufficiency systems until extraction Construction has already began; the area was cleared and a hole has been dug. thankyou for advice
