>>2581339It depends, I work on a farm and plenty of people have live on vans, it works for them because it allows to move for new jobs and also farms let them park there which is a huge benefit. Not to mention many farms provide water, electricity and bathroom to them for free.
For a place to sleep it's more than enough and if you're not a crackhead you can definitely save money.
Some people have large trucks converted to legit motorhomes with sink, toilet, shower etc, I've seen pretty decent setups that for a single guy or even a couple is more than enough to live comfortably.
It's not for everyone but if you can save enough to buy yourself a small plot of land to park when you are not working, so you don't have to deal with the hassle of moving from parking lot to parking lot, then I can easily see it working long term.
