It's definitely a volcanic glass. the actual origin of it would depend heavily on where you found it

this doesn't say much about volcanic events. You probably do need to be a bit more specific about location.

I'm not totally sure but I think in general meteorites are mostly Iron and nickel.
It is more likely that is just a piece of obsidian than a meteorite.
