Dry socks
Dry/clean change of clothes
Towel (very small ones will work fine)
Scrubbing brush to clean your hands after getting them filthy when you fall over/scramble up somewhere.
Dry bag your stuff (i use builder's bags twisted and tied at the top with string)
Chocolate bars are good, high calorie, easy to carry, easy to eat right away.
Hard tack too if baked with oats and potato flour and about 10% olive oil by volume of liquid, can be eaten straight. mine is about 300 calories per piece the size of a smart phone.
Optional extras for mountaineering; a day pack, work gloves, hat with ear flaps.
and most importantly:
good quality, tried and tested boots.
