Whats the point in growing anything if these fuckers will just destroy everything within a matter of a few years? They have no native predators and multiply a millionfold yearly. Theyve already killed off an entire old white birch colony near my house in 2 years.
What the fuck are we supposed to do against this?

I haven't seen any this year yet. As the years go on, I swear they hotspot in certain parts compared to others. Some also have quicker reflexes than others, I don't like that, I'm slow. ;_;

Frankly I haven't noticed any bad effects from these guys. They mostly eat the crazy invasive porcelain berry and tree of heaven. Hopefully they can actually damage these plants and get the ecosystem somewhat back in check. I think it's just that they're a threat to a few commercial agriculture interests so there's some money behind it, but there's been far worse invasive pests than these (imo) (for now)

This is the most bizarre trait of these bugs, I've seen lanternflies that both behave like they have super soldier DNA in them and ones that behave slow, stupid and even clumsier than a stinkbug. Even flies don't get this hot and cold, I have no idea what's going on here. I've just given up and believe that it's chink 5G/biowarfare working in tandem.
