Generally i just backpack, and take in the scenes. I often go to places i can cliff dive like lake chelan twice a summer as well.

Ill try to hike to a lake 2-3 times, glaciar once or twice, and coastal once. Rest i try to find new places. Winter i like to snowshoe a few times, and also revisit places i saw in summer to see the diff

Of course, I do none of these things nearly as often as I like, but I get more done than most I know, so I really can't complain. I'm REALLY hoping to get in on some turkey and hog hunting this year, next at the latest

From what I understand, if they had a sense of smell they would be virtually unkillable. They can see better than an eagle and hear better than a wolf. Impossible to stalk, so you really just gotta hit them in the head with a 3.5" #4 from behind a blind.

The way I look at it, there are two main types of people in this world. Those that do their shopping at Cabelas, and those who do their shopping at REI. You must shop at REI, but don't be an elitist and disrespect those who shop at Cabelas and may have different interests.

You call yourselves animals lovers and hunters are the only ones actively taking part in conservation while keeping alive a tradition which reaches back before the dawn of civilization.
