Wildland fire LLC also has a bunch of great videos. Their breakdowns of shelter deployment and fatal incidents are excellent and should be watched by all wildland fire fighters.

IMO, train for sub 20 minute 5k, 325lb squat, 20+ pullups

The actual PT test is very easy compared to the work
