looking down my path as it comes out right near the peely one. several birches in there. a lot of them fall over every year, they are quick to come and go.

this one has a grape vine growing on it. I thought the vine might be dead since it got glued to the ground by ice and broke in half when I tried to fix it over the winter, but no, it has fresh foliage

Purple lupin is beginning to bloom as well. I planted these I think 4 years ago, I put tons of native lupine seeds everywhere and this one survived. This year a whole bunch more are growing from it's own seeds which is great, I'll let them all go and pick the healthiest ones to keep.

And this lupine I bought at a local store this year, it was much smaller when I got it but it and I didn't think it would bloom this year but lo and behold... it will go in the ground soon.
