These people are the worst of humanity. The every one is a drugger. Not in the 'hey man let's do shrooms' sense, but in the 'I ODd on heroine 11 times, now I only do meth' kind. They scavenge ash trays for cigarettes and lose their minds when they start withdrawing.
They play patty cake and do arts and crafts while laying in fesces.
They are incompetent on any technical aspects. The only way they know how to do anything is someone with a job showed them. The knowledge is never passed on. It dies with whoever was told.
