Not exactly in the red zone but near it is the PA Grand Canyon (otter view is best), Hammersley Wild Area (twin sisters meadow) and lots of other stuff in northern PA
I'm partial to the plateau

myhikes.org has lots of pennsylvania-specific hiking stuff, and uncoveringpa.com and pabucketlist.com also have lots of area picks
