couple 100ft, one 250ft, another 800ft. All 7/16" static.
Fig8, barrel knot, alpine hitch, double fishermans bend, clove hitch, bunny knot, bowline. Mostly in that order too.
Get a label printer and tag the ends of your ropes. Clear heatshrink to protect the tag. I have a wiki server on my nas I use for equipment inspections, asset tracking, process docs, etc and keep all my rope logs in pages in there. Come up with a serial numbering scheme and tag your ropes with that. Length/color/description, manufacture date and lot/serial numbers, in-service date, use/inspection log, wash log.
