What you SHOULD do is call local animal control because A) their services are free to you (i.e. no out of pockett expense) and B) you're covered legally in case this doesn't transpire perfectly (legal risks could be if trapping dogs is illegal, one of these dogs belongs to someone, someone goes off the rails that you're being cruel, etc).
That said a lot of localities allow you to take measures to protect your livestock; taking revenge once the deed is done maybe not so much though.
If you don't want to call animal control then you'll probably need have-a-heart traps and then you'll have to still call someone to take it away. Guy in my town who runs a private wildlife/pest control company (sometimes he's contracted to work for the town as well) has a permit to relocate and release caught animals in various areas in the state, although I happen to be friends with his son who has revealed his dad just brings them home and tosses the cages into his pond. At the end of the week he dredges all his cases out and disposes of the carcasses.
