How /out/ are you, really?

0 is the bar to even be considered /out/ at all. The bar in this case is a weekend or long weekend spent approximately 5-10 miles from civilization camping in a tent (or the equivalent) in a designated wild campsite.

Additional remoteness, duration, and wildness contribute to /out/ness. More positive = more /out/. You must be bushcrafting in the middle of nowhere dozens of miles from anyplace for a minimum of one month to be considered 100% /out/.

It's quite possible to be /out/ and even quite definitively /out/ in spite of the aid of a vehicle, for example driving a CJ-5 miles into the Australian outback for weeks on end. It's even just barely possible to be /out/ with a vehicle right near a (non-major) road, provided it's a road surrounded by miles of wilderness and you're out for a month or more.

Any type of RV/camper and/or developed campground situation means you're practically at home or possibly chilling in your backyard with minor inconveniences.

Horses, bicycles, and animal companions are difficult to factor. A horse is a major benefit, but can we really deduct points for having a faithful steed along? This is a determinator of being being properly /out/, not survival clout.
