Most land seems to be overpriced no matter which area of the state you look. Even North FL and the Panhandle are suffering, not as much as South FL, but it’s still bad.
I’ve lost all interest in staying here, and as soon as I can save enough cash, I’ll head elsewhere to take my chances in a flyover state. Even if whichever state that ends up being is facing similar issues and population increases, as long as it's not as bad as FL or TX, it will have to do.
