I was working in the woods up around 3000 feet and on my way back, I have my car waypointed so I just cut through the woods to get back, and I come across this. It was an empty bag and a 3/4 full bag of potting soil. It's legal to have weed so it's not some crazy grow anywhere. I took about 15 minutes and looked all over for what it was for, I didn't see any tracks or anything. So is this some wacky experiment I'm not aware of? Do people place fake soil in real soil to see what happens?
