I used to eat it when i was eating lots of plants. Don't eat many plants anymore but i know the horses love it. I wouldn't call it delicious.. but hey, to each their own.

This grows as a weed all over our garden and my wife refuses to kill it cause it's edible and she actually likes eating it and puts it in all kinds of stuff (particularly saag paneer). But it bothers the hell out of me, pretty sure there are things I want to eat that fail to thrive because they're choked out by the fucking lambs quarter.
