Couldn't find a fishing board, but considering that fishing is a sport, this seems to be the most appropriate place to post.
When keeping fish to eat, do I bring them home alive and kill/gut them at my own home, or do I process them at the lake?
Personally, I am thinking that I should do it at home so I am not just gutting a fish out in the public, but I don't know what the pros and cons are.
