How do you communicate over long distances with you party and loved one where cellphones won't work? I never use my phone while out, but I need to keep in touch with my family when they camp with me and cheap walkie talkies won't cut it. What kind of handheld cb would take care of that? Can they double as a weather radio and can you listen in / communicate with authorities if needed with something like pic rel?
