Here they just maintain parks etc.
If they catch you doing something naughty here, the most they can do is ask your name to send out some fine or something, and when you refuse. they've got nothing.
Basically the worst they can do is tell you off, which happens basically never. Apart from one time I was at a paid campground and just didn't pay - fuck it, that's what taxes are for.
