Here's my Garmin vivoactiv 4S' readings of blood oxygen % ,while asleep, last 4 weeks. Spent the weekend up in mountains, came back home and it's higher than I've ever had it.
During day/ hikes, it was down to 82% which is pretty bad. Then now it's 95%
Resting heart rate is still adjusting. This oxygen acclimation monitor is neat.
