Suburban ravine shelter construction

Dear friends please share your outdoor building knowledge, I am constructing a suburban dugout shelter in a ravine between housing and a highway. The shelter needs to be sealed from bugs, and insulated for the northwestern Canada climate while being hidden from hikers and dogwalkers on the trail about 20 meters away. What is the best way to go about building this? I am 18 with a car, and several thousand dollars, resources and transportation will not be an issue so come up with whatever
The shelter needs to last for 2-4 years until I can return to Russia, or if digital currency and 15 minute citys become prominent

Uhal and large formcrates. You want to scrape dig your way down as much as possible, bury a large wooden box into the open hole then concrete around it. Make a sump for drainage. Important for canuck winter and stopping the structure from cracking within 24 months.
Basically a big wooden box or make walls, then pour concrete around it. It will take ages to dry and mixing it on site will require buckets or a mixer. You can mix there and have a super permenant and relatively easy to clean form shelter that way. You can also consider making wall forms far away and transporting them one and two at a time. They will be very heavy if you make them anything but 4 to 3 piece. So consider lumber and logs first and shoring them up. Most important thing is to dig deep, dig wide and not be seen during the process. It takes a long time. If you can steal cinderblocks and fill them with form concrete you will have a much easier time. It depends on how quick and dirty or long term you want it to be. You don't have to be up to code but you will want a solid foundation poured no matter what. Consider a log floor, concrete then smoothing it first.

You need to make a box frame from 2x4 and plywood. You pour concrete into it to make a floor and walls, one slab at a time. At the hardware store, haggle to buy damaged bags of concrete. Make roof out of wood or logs and cover with dirt and grasses.

if you try to build your own burial vault, the city or county will just rip it out and either bury your ashes in a "potters' field" cemetery or dump them in the ocean with medical waste.
Just routing your exhaust into your car cabin will accomplish the same end and be less painful for you.
Or, I'm sure the currant Canadian health care system will be happy help you "find a place to rest" with even better drugs and will keep anyone from interrupting.
