I got my hands on a stash of very cheap McAllister "outdoor"-boots. Let's say I have enough for a few years now and they were almost free.
Now these aren't that bad but I have a problem and I don't understand it. There are two models. One standard and one with those foggy side-zip. The normal ones are suprisingly good but the ones with the zip (tho otherwise the exact same shoe) fuck up my heels.

Any tips on boots fucking up heels? This has been my major problem with cheap and even expensive shoes forever and back in ze service I walked down my right heel to the fucking bone and went to hospital.
