How do Canadians not get eaten alive by midges and mosquitos the moment they step outside? i just watched a video of a Canadian woman sitting in the woods for 45 minutes and she didn't have a midge net on or seem to be bothered by midges at all. recently went on a camping trip to Scotland and the midges were so bad at one point that any exposed skin would gather over 20 midges per inch in a few minutes.
