I'm skinny as fuck, 6'3'' and weigh 152. I think I get heat exhaustion every time it's 78 or up.

Tired
Sores
Bloated
MORE TIRED
Little appetite
Dazed when sitting

Anyone get it often and can describe what happened to them? I AM TIRED AND SORE

no idea because i usually always hike drunk
one time we walked 20km during summer and my friends constantly asked for us to take breaks or get some more water and in the evening i made it a big deal for them that now im going to take my first water sip of the day

not sure but few times i might have had this if it means sudden piercing headache followed by mild confusion and loss of direction, i have just walked that off too
only once i have lost my consciousness and that was at work stonemasoning some womans backyard during midsummer, i woke up with boobs and cool water on my face that afternoon

I've been close to heat stroke twice. Once working outside on a 40C day and another hiking at the end of Spring.

you'll also feel like your body's homeostatic systems can't keep up with keeping you cool, your face will be flushed, and you'll feel hot
you may begin to feel lightheaded or nauseous or irritable, and have clouded judgment

heat stroke is when you stop sweating, can't think, and your body is essentially shutting down to preserve its basal systems, sort of like how you go unconscious when you're hypothermic or if you've suffered a traumatic brain injury
if you progress from heat exhaustion to heat stroke while you're /out/, you're well and truly fucked

Be active in the morning. Walk at least 10 miles total every day. Eat when you are hungry.

If you don't have abs or don't walk you will have bloating issues. So walk and train your core.

Oatmeal and eggs for breakfast
chicken salad for lunch
potatoes and meat for dinner

EAT, walk 10 miles EVERY DAY, do push ups + planks 3x per week
