just finished a short hike and tested the mystery ranch satl new gen (it's important because the old gen has no real hip belt), it's a good pack design wise, the pocket configuration is good, but compared to the 6500 I notice that the weight is much more concentrated on the shoulders than the hips, since the hip belt is more thin and less structured, its softer and floppier, and the material is thinner, idk the pack is actually comfortable with a lighter load, havent tried it with heavy stuff, eith the 6500 I had 45lbs on it and it was like nothing, and was a thicker material, almost regret selling it even tho it was too big.
idk it just gives me a different sensation that makes me consider selling it and trying another pack, but idk what it would be, maybe the beartooth80.
also a thing with mr packs is that the back is very sweaty because it's not breathable

So yeah advise me on what pack to buy, mind you I only use military larp packs or hunting ones bc I like them more than civ ones in black/magenta etc

For shorter trips I’m thinking mystery ranch Komodo dragon and for longer ones idk, I’m looking at beartooth 80 or some kifaru, or maybe just buy some cheaper pack, in the past I had an ILBE and it was good and also paid it very little but I sold it now.
