running bowline
rescue bowline
bowline bend (bend two bowline knots)
slip knot (quick release)
bow (quick release)
arbor knot (tie small things securely with a closing noose, permanent)
clove hitch (hang stuff, easy to untie, not secure)
cow's hitch (loop standing end (secure) or secure running end with additional stopper knot (not secure), easy to untie)
anchor hitch (secure with additional half hitches, takes time to untie)
trucker's hitch (best for tension)
figure eight (simple stopper)
double overhand knot (thicker stopper)
double fisherman's bend (permanent)
alpine butterfly bend (easy to untie but 100% secure)
alpine butterfly loop (easy to untie, very quick to tie, 100% secure)
That's what I use 99%. The tautline hitch isn't that great because it slips and the line often slacks when you readjust unless you use rollers.
