Despite it being an odd choice from a space and durability standpoint, eating a bag of Doritos during a climb isn’t going to do any measurable harm to a person’s health. Same for other chips, candy, etc. I avoid industrial food in general but the problems it causes tend to require some accumulation. A person who eats Doritos every day is going to harm themselves, same for monster energy addicts and tobacco and Reese cups. Having a little over a 4 day trip as snacks is not a problem.
