Unsupported Long Distance Bike Touring Loadouts

What are the tricks?

Do you all just spend lots of monies on hotels and then not carry a shelter? Do you buy all of your food fresh and consume it on the spot? Do you just not bring clean clothes?

I did a rough estimate for my weight and it’s like 40 lbs before water/food/fuel.
>11 lb hammock shelter (yeah could be lighter but is similar to tent/cot/mattress and very comfy)
>4 lb sleep bags
>15 lb 3 days worth of 4-season clothes / rain gear
>4 lb lights/cookware/h2o storage and filter
>4 lb bike tools/tubes
>6 lb computers/batteries/phones

Most of my stuff is good quality and lighter weight. I have a few luxuries but nothing extreme. I even tried calculating for other types of shelter but it always seems heavy. Is that just how it is when you add in computers and some winter stuff?
