your choice is - winter months of drizzle, barely warm spring, absolutely amazing summer

winter nice and sunny but freezing (down to -10F regularly, especially at higher elevations), snow and ice everywhere from november-june and even july at higher elevations
its hard to out when everything is covered in snow most of the year
