Fishing is a big thing there, but there is a lot of commercial and small fishing there, most of the fish that Chileans eat came from those regions, also the salmon industry is pretty big and there is a lot of contamination in some places, so you have to know where to fish and it will be mostly crowded by those mentioned before.
Hunting is practically impossible, so you'll only rely on fish and Argentinian meat, which is amazing

I actually recommend you to live there, I have a small plot of land there, and I'm planning to move there sometime. There was a big increase in land selling in those regions, mostly bc is hard to access and not very valuable. But now with remote working and big emigrations from the capital those are a very good option.
