2nd Moose

Had to wait a while for both to move far enough away to continue each time.

Overall, I enjoyed this moose encounter. When I came across them each time they were surprisingly hidden and I got about 6-10 feet from them before realizing.

I hope to encounter more moose in the future. It was fun.

I live in Alaska and I probably fear moose more than anything. They just stand there not making any noise and you just come across them. And you can't go "YO MOOSE!!" like a bear. They go "something move... must charge and stomp"

I love meese but rarely see them in MA. Once I almost hit one that crossed the highway in front of me, I would have shirley fucking died, it was huge.

I would be nervous to be around one innawoods, especially a big buck with antlers n shit. They're more than happy to share their bad day with any newfrens they come across.

Second one especially freaked me out because I came across it and stopped suddenly when I realized and the shuffle of my feet made it turn it's head as I slowly backed away. I was afraid when it stared at me it would start stomping for no reason. The pic is when it moved a bit away and I walked past it.

I know moose can be very dangerous especially when they are in mating season but are moose generally dangerous like deer are because they are stupid and therefore insane? I honestly am more fearful of deer than I am of big cats in the woods because I've just heard to many stories of insane deer doing crazy stuff to people. Moose are the closest thing to forest monsters so they would be like deer on steroids
