What’s the bare minimum sleeping bag you can use in 75 degree nights?
Or can you go without one entirely?

In most conditions, insulation from the ground is more important than a cocoon around you.
I tried and hated camping for years. I would always get cold, and sleep would evade me. That is, until I started laying pine boughs/moss/dead grass beneath my foam pad to provide more insulation. The difference was spectacular. I finally started catching at least six hours of quality sleep a night, and I'd wake up warm.
What I'm saying is, on a 75 degree night, you should be fine with a good sleeping pad/brush mattress and some warm clothes.

Where do you get nights like this?
You only need a one pound mini comfort blanket when temps are above 20C/70F at night.

I use a CoolMax sleeping bag liner all by itself any time over 68° F, it's like using a sheet in an air conditioned room. sometimes you need a wind blocker but a tarp will be better than a sleeping bag

Dude literally just sleep in your whitey tighties under the stars in that kind of heat. I dont even bring a sleeping bag unless it’s going to be under 50 degrees at night.

Last year in autumn I forgot my bag and had to sleep in just a goretex bivi with my clothes on. It got down to 40F/6C. And I was just fine. A bit chilly at 4AM sometimes.
It will feel colder when its wet or raining though.

Did this but reverse the other week. Normal summer, good weather and pretty much can sleep outside naked.
Made camp and the rocky ground seemed good enough as I was tired. Woke up in the middle of the night freezing, it felt like the middle of winter but when I got layers on and went outside to check it was warm. I had made camp on top of some sort of small water pool and it was just below the rocky area and leeched heat like a motherfucker.
