How do you run during Winter if you live in the North? I live in Michigan and its 3 degree Farenheit (-16 for you celsiusfags) with thick as fuck snow on the ground. So how do you guys deal with it and go outside to run?

Running 2 miles on the tread isn't boring at all really especially with a tv in front of it, and on the bike I do intervals to really spice it up. Sucks not being outside but keeps ya sharp and forces you to do intervals and shorter faster runs!

Layering your clothes is the answer to the cold.

The real problem is what to do with your feet. Running on something slippery is no fun at all. Unless they take good care of the roads where you live.

Also, take something to cover your mouth. Taking frozen air into your lungs in large quantities is no joke and may even lead to pneumonia.

Wool socks. You stay warm by running harder. I can usually still get 12 miles in when it's -5. But when you get home is when the pain really hits you. It's all training though, destroying mental barriers.
