>>2622184Honestly idk, slug 12 gauge may be better, 4570 has just been real big in my family for generations and I really like my marlin stainless, I guess technically it's an 1895 sbl it seems, I forget the names, it's really short (for a rifle) and I can store it in a hatch on a boat or pack it all day and when I have it slung over me it's effortless compared to other rifles to quickly put on target, idk really, it just feels good to me and I can put it on target fast.
>>2622185I have always been a huge fan of nature and watching Alaska videos as a kid was like a fantasy story, it's hard to believe "rivers so thick with salmon you can walk across their backs" until you see it irl. Granted where I'm at you have to be in upstream tributaries to see that, but it still happens, or close to it, I think if that was literally the case they would suffocate. I wanted to live closer to the earth again with less people, growing up on a family farm was amazing and I wanted to get closer to that type of life but with less heat lol. I am a technical and political expert in 3 separate, but, commonly comingled fields, and my products are all soft these days (papers, memos). I spent a long time being a grunt slave and got really good at things that control the flow of ideas and money in my fields, so I'm very secure and can produce valuable services remotely. That being said, I was a punk bitch for over a decade in grunt level production jobs, so if it comes to it I can do that as well, but, with my professions if it comes to that, the world as westerners know it has ended lol. If we return to hunter, gatherer, or agriculturalists, I'll be just fine (unless a warlord cuts my head off or enslaves me, but I'm valuable and personable so maybe I can woo him kek)
