Not everyone is the same. Depending on your conditioning and experience for hot-ass weather. I don't like his button up work shirt, especially if he's wearing another shirt underneath. Long pants are fine if there is alot of air flow.
You need to be relatively healthy. You need to sweat well. You need air to reach your skin so the sweat evaporates off your skin, this is how you keep from overheating.
You may need to slow down a bit so you don't get a cardiovascular weakness, to me it feels like I'm getting numb in hands and like I'm just sinking into a vortex. Slow down sit, recover, move on.
