I'm having a car delivered to Texas from MacMulkin, but they require the car to be registered before they're willing to courtesy deliver it. The problem is that Texas registration seems to require a vehicle inspection done IN Texas. I doubt they'll send it to me with just the title after using a VTR 270. Anyone know if the DMV will temporarily regiister the car without the inspection or any other workarounds?
