hi guys this weekend i plan on going 2 days/1 night in the alps, in a valley off trail up to the top of the mountain, its 10km but 1800m elevation change, but honestly it seems very doable by the pics ive seen.
anyway the weather forecast for neraby towns is lower temp 18C, but theyre much lower than where i'll sleep, the mountain top is 3500m and the flatter zone under it where i might sleep is 2400/800, so i guess the temp will be alot lower, i got a swagman roll and a carinthia defence 4, which should i bring? im also thinking of bringing lvl7 jacket so when im at camp at night i dont freeze and i can plus up in the sleeping bag if im cold (already happened that i was cold af and had to wear lvl7 inside the def4).
ill bring canned food and water, not too much since theres a small river so i can refill.
no rain is forecasted so idk about the tarp, ill probably just bring my bivy and poncho so im safe in case of rain and wind anyway.
a problem i have is makin a decent map of the area, one time i did alot of close screenshots of google maps topographic and attached them toghter with a poto editor bu it sucked compared to actual maps, is there anywhere i can get them?

btw refuges are gay if you o out you should sleep outside not pay for a hotel
